Located in the famous neighbourhood Leidseplein, in central Amsterdam, Apollo Apartment is a beautifully presented and fully equipped apartment which can host up to eight guests!Built in the traditional 19th Century style known as the “Amsterdam School” style, the apartment still has many of its original features such as rounded, organic facades, spires, and ‘ladder’ style windows.
The apartment is spacious throughout, covering 190 squared meters, which is split across two separate levels on the ground and first floor of the building. Tastefully decorated, the apartment is designed to make you feel at home while you enjoy both your holiday and your surroundings. The bedrooms are all on the upper level of the apartment: The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a dressing table with mirror, side tables and lamps and closet storage. There is also a large, sunny window, which opens out onto a small, private balcony.
The second, third and fourth bedrooms also have closet storage, side tables and lamps. Two have a double bed, and the third has two single beds- total of eight beds altogether. The bathroom is also on this floor and is newly tiled and fitted with a shower over bathtub, two separate washbasins, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the lower level, where the kitchen dining room, and living room is located.
The kitchen is separate to the joint living and dining room, and fully equipped with a complete set of kitchenware, an oven, microwave, stove with four-burner gas cooking, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker.
The lounge room is decorated with the artwork of many well known artists from Amsterdam, and has a working open fireplace, large sofa, three leather armchairs, television, DVD player, CD player and a free high speed WIFI Internet connection for you to enjoy during your stay.
The dining table is large enough to comfortably seat eight people and is next to a large set of double glass doors, which open out onto a small outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture. In this apartment, you also have access to a washing machine and dryer, and all bed linen and towels are provided for you.
The location of this beautiful Amsterdam holiday apartment is truly second to none: a sophisticated neighbourhood and home to the three most important museums in Amsterdam- the Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art and the Van Gogh Museum.
