1.We work on a commission basis. When a booking is made on your property, we process the deposit payment (booking fee which is our commission), 20% of the total cost of the booking. This payment confirms the booking for the client.

2.The remaining balance and security deposit are made to you or your property manager when the guests arrive to check in. They pay the balance of the booking depending on the conditions of each property. This is normally paid in cash. You are able to offer credit card payments if you wish for your guests convenience. It is entirely up to you.

We expect that the availability calendars in our booking system are up-to-date at all times. Any overbooking (An overbooking is when a reservation is made for nights that the property is not available- when the properties availability is not up to date in the booking system) as a result of calendars that are not up to date are your responsibility and in such a case we will of course try to help you to solve an overbooking by hosting your guests in one of the properties listing with us, but if that is not possible, you will have to pay back your guests the booking amount he/she has paid to reserve your property or find another place that matches the same quality standards of your property.

1.Free listing on our city dedicated websites. Each website has a high ranking in search engines such as Google and yahoo and lots of web traffic every day- exposing your properties to prospective holiday makers all over the world who can book your property using our secure online booking system. Part of our job is to continually optimize our websites to achieve the highest possible ranking, ensuring that potential guests easily find your propertiy.

2.Access to our online booking management system. You can see your reservations, make changes to your property, update your availability calendars, etc anywhere and any time you have an Internet connection.

3.Complete control over your property. Change the nightly rate or cleaning fee- offer a discount for the low season or increase the nightly or weekly rate for special events in your city when accommodation is in high demand. Change the features and the availability of your property at any time- instantly.

4.Instant booking confirmation. When a booking is made online by a customer, you will receive both and instant email confirmation and SMS text message informing you of the booking. No waiting for bank transfer deposits. We take care of the confirmation deposit.

5.No lock-in contract or exclusivity agreements. This means you can list your properties on other websites or with other agents. You can withdraw your property at any time, without complicated contract closures.

6.Training and ongoing support. Once we enter a working arrangement together, we will upload your properties into our booking system. We will then show you step by step the features of our system and how to update your rates, calendars, etc so you can enjoy the benefits of online booking management.

1.You supply us with information about, description and photos of your property. You do this by filling in the form on the next screen. We will review the information you provide us, and if the property meets our quality standards you will receive an email with an arrangement document for you to sign and send back to us.

2.Once we have received your arrangement document, we will fine-tune your property´s information for you to make your property as attractive as possible, highlighting the property location, features, and price information clearly for potential guests.

3.We then take you through our Booking Management System and give you your login and password so you can access our system, and maintain your availability, rates, etc. 4.Once your property is uploaded to the website, the calendar is up-to-date and all required information is completed, you are ready to start receiving bookings!
