Appartamentino proprio nel centro di leidsplein, vicinissimo alla piazza dei musei, al vondelpark e all'heineken! la casa è circondata da locali e ristorantini, il supermarket e il coffee shop sono sotto casa, il noleggio delle biciclette è a 2 minuti a piedi! insomma la posizione è invidiabile, l'appartamento è piccolino ma comodo, il bagno un po' stretto, ma nel complesso è perfetto per una vacanza con gli amici! voto 9

Apartment was great! Minor complaint was I couldn't figure out the TV remote (no big deal!) and there was no dish washing detergent. Other than that the people who rented it were very helpful. I would rent this again.

This place was fantastic! It's perfectly centralized and was incredibly close to everything. The map is a bit decieving as it appears the location is a bit outside of the downtown. Don't be fooled, it's right in the perfect location. Compared to hotel prices in the area, and the location and size of the flat, it was a great deal. Normally I go cheap, cheap, cheap, but occationally will splurge for something a bit more. This was one of those times and I didn't regret it for a minute. Definately highly recommend this place. Can't say enough about the friendly, clean, convenience.

We had a fab time, The accomidation has been the best we have ever stayed in. very clean and Central for everything. It also has an amazing view of all Dam square. The owners were very helpfull and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will use this accomidation again.

The apartment was lovely, good space for the 4
of us. Located on the 4th floor, nice views,
large balcony and living space. location was close to a few museums, the flea market, short walk to Rembrantplein,
bars and restarants, but in a nice residential
area with handy local amenities e.g. supermarket, wine shop.

Overall very pleased with the flat and would be
happy to stay there again!

I have stayed in Amsterdam over 100 times, and
this was by far the best Amsterdam experience I
have had so far. The reason is 3 fold, the
property owner Joanna went above and beyond and
picked us up from the airport and drove us
directly to her apartment, this was before giving
us a guided tour in the car of the local area.
The second reason was the immaculate and very
homely feeling apartment, it felt like we were
living in our own place. We had full kitchen
facilities, which we made use of, a balcony, a
very comfortable living room with comfy sofas,
TV, DVD, Stereo and much much more. Also,
everything was very local to us, a super market,
coffee shop, bus stops and a direct tram directly
to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes.
Superb, and highly recommended!!

El clima de Ámsterdam

El clima de Ámsterdam es húmedo y templado, muy similar a lo que podrías encontrar en Irlanda o Gran Bretaña. Ocasionalmente experimenta un clima más extremo que el resto del continente europeo. Lo importante es que debes recordar que cuando visites esta ciudad, sin importar la temporada, te podrías encontrar con eventos climáticos variables y fuera de temporada. En el verano asegúrate de traer algo cálido para usar solo en caso de que te enfrentes al clima frío. Incluso en el invierno te encontrarás con días muy cálidos!

El clima en Ámsterdam está influenciado por el Mar del norte. Ocasionalmente se ve influenciado por el Océano Atlántico que puede traer climas extremos de un momento a otro. Los cielos completamente claros son raro en Holanda y en gran parte del año sería buena la idea de cargar una sombrilla contigo en caso de lluvia.

De Mayo a Octubre el clima es muy agradable y es ideal para explorar la ciudad a pie, lo cual es más fácil de hacer si tu apartamento en Ámsterdam está en los alrededores. La ciudad está llena de turistas en el verano, pero si no te importan las multitudes esta sería la época para visitar la ciudad. Hay muchos festivales para disfrutar en esta temporada, aunque los cafés en las aceras están generalmente llenos. Agosto es el mes más caliente del año, aunque nunca se presenta clima insoportable. Usualmente llueve una parte del día antes de aclarase y los largos días en el verano se hacen más fácil disfrutar las actividades al aire libre cuando el día se aclara.

En la primavera se presenta la temporada alta de turistas con todos los tulipanes y narcisos en flor. Allí los turistas disfrutan de la temperatura cálida húmeda junto con un poco de lluvia. Incluso con ella se puede apreciar una de las más coloridas épocas del año. Un buen paseo te mostrará la belleza de la primavera y seguro será una experiencia que jamás olvidarás. Abril es usualmente el mes más seco en Ámsterdam, mientras Octubre y Noviembre presenta lluvias frecuentes.

El invierno puede ser espectacular en Ámsterdam. Mientras la nieve es rara, el clima es fresco y vigorizante. Febrero es el mes más frío con menos de 30 grados Fahrenheit. En esta época encontrarás muy buenos descuentos ya que es considerada como la época de temporada baja. Mientras te vistas con ropa cálida estarás muchísimo más cómodo mientras deambulas por las frías calles de la ciudad.

Cuando planees visitar Ámsterdam asegúrate de estar preparado para el clima cambiante, esto hará de tu visita mucho más placentera. Siempre hay algo para hacer y ver en Ámsterdam a pesar de las temporadas variables. No hay razón para que la estación influencie en la decisión de visitarla o no. Con casi 200 días de lluvia al año es muy posible que presencies una en cualquier momento no importa cuando viajes. Las precipitaciones son constantes a lo largo del año, sin importar la temporada, por eso prepárate para caminar o viajar en bicicleta en medio de la lluvia o el sol tal como los residentes lo hacen.
