There are all kinds of interesting places in walking distance; trendy restaurants, upscale shops (in Utrechtsestraat), bars, clubs, the world famous Carré Theatre, the charming Rembrandt Square and much more!
This apartment is really spacious! 190 square meters of elegance and comfort. It is located on the second floor of an original 18th century canal house, with no elevator. Some of the decoration details that make this apartment cozy are a fireplace, wooden ceilings, natural light access and beautiful furnishings. The structure of this property is divided in three levels. The combined living/dining room, located on the first level (second floor), is equipped with a sofa, some armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a CD/DVD player, ADSL internet connection and a radio for your recreation. The dining table can seat up to six people and there is an additional table against the wall in case you need extra seating.

The second and third bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is another one in the third floor, both with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
