This one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a building in the Dam Square area of Amsterdam. Attractions are within walking distance and it is only five minutes from Central Station. The apartment is the perfect location for many of the sites that are one of the reasons tourists visit this area.

The living room of the apartment is a cozy area with two sofas that make into beds. In addition, there is a desk and a coffee table and television. Large windows providing a terrific view and plenty of natural light are a part of this room as well.

The kitchen is nicely equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Included are all the cooking utensils needed if you decide to cook a meal or two in while staying here. A dining table is also part of the furnishings.

The bedroom is a comfortable room with a double bed. A closet/wardrobe will hold your belongings. Blankets and all bed linens are provided. This is another room with large windows also allowing a view of the area in which you are staying.

The bathroom is modern and has a shower. A hair dryer is supplied and all the bath towels are provided.

The apartment has been renovated and provides visitors with a nice place to stay while enjoying this area of Amsterdam. It is not pet friendly and there is no parking available on the street or within close proximity to the apartment. It is smoking and cannabis friendly. There is a heating system, providing comfort no matter what time of the year you should choose to visit. The base price for the apartment is for three people, but it will accommodate four quite comfortably.

The location is in the midst of the Amsterdam, making walking to many attractions, such as the Royal Palace and the New Church. This is an area that has a variety of nightlife spots providing live music and a diverse selection. There are theaters and comedy clubs and cafes. The choices are many for the tourists who love this area of Amsterdam.

Take a canal boat cruise. This provides a different view of the many canals in the area and is quite enjoyable for couples as well as families. If you are a beer lover, touring the Heineken Brewery will be an enjoyable treat. The tour is about 1 ½ hours long and you can learn all about the history of the Heineken family.

The Anne Frank House is another tourist destination that you will not want to miss while on holiday here. The Van Gogh Museum is another. There are bicycles that can be rented if your explorations will take you further away from the apartment. Bicycle tours are available as well.
